Course Over view -

Natural hazards and tight, tree lined fairways are a common feature with approaches to the green often well protected.  In addition some tight out of bounds come in to play and this is where nerve and accuracy count instead of a need to launch the ball great distances.

The course plays on two topographic levels with the first floor and last two being in the lower part of the layout.  The steep climb to the top makes the 5th a particularly demanding par 4.  However, the reward for this is in the return journey down the 17th which offers the prospect of a drive from a tee perched high on the hillside overlooking the distant clubhouse and the fairway far below.  It is an opportunity to open the shoulders and let a big drive fly, but beware!  Enjoy it because the 18th, a long uphill par 3, is one to test that nerve mentioned earlier.  Out of bounds runs tight all the way down the right making a testing finish.
